Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage project documentation and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools including AutoCAD
