Job Title: Project ManagerLocation: Abu DhabiExperience: Min 10 YearsLanguage: English & ArabicEducation: Bachelors Degree in Civil/ Arch EngineeringGeneral Summary * Working as project manager not less than 10 years in Abu Dhabi, in commercial or residential building construction field.

Must have worked as a project manager for at least 5 projects that must be funded by the Government.
Good knowledge in contracts filed.
Has the skills and experience to review and approve the project tender documents and contract documents.
Has the experience and good knowledge for construction material technical and specification.
Has ability and skills to manage project team.
Coordination between the landlord, consultant, contractor and the project finance company.
