Project Manager - Private & Retail Banking


•Extendable contract - Abu Dhabi, UAE - Immediate starters•





We are currently working with a major bank in the UAE who have a number of projects within their Private & Consumer Banking portfolio that need to be delivered. As a result, they need a talented Project Manager based in United Arab Emirates who is available to start immediately or ASAP.





Key Responsibilities:


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across IT, business, operations, and vendors.
• Ensure timely, high-quality project delivery, aligning with scope, time, and budget.
• Lead all project phases: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, resolving challenges, and revising plans as necessary.
• Track project progress, risks, and mitigation, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure customer satisfaction.



Qualifications & Experience:


• Bachelor's in Computer Science or IT.
• 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in Banking (Private/Consumer Banking).
• Experience with corporate banking projects (Internet/Mobile Banking, ATM switches, digital enhancements).
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile); PMI certification preferred.
