The •Manager - Projects • must follow the direction of his her immediate Supervisor and operates in accordance with the Company Policy.
• Provide continuous support to customer and act as the "Focal Point" in the Customer / Company relationship
• Providing support to Accounts for invoicing
• Review project specifications, BOM, estimation, costing sheet and other related documents to ensure
• Preparation of delivery schedule, technical documents for project submission.
• Coordinate with inter-Company departments to ensure adherence to the project schedule
• Monitor progress against project budget and advise Project Manager of deviations to budget
• Review customer complaints and their evaluation process, and recommend improvements to prevent similar occurrences
• Review financial contractual documentation (e.g. LC), and advise Project Manager of potential issues
• Review contractual documentation and advise potential issues
• Manage Project Risk Assessment Procedure
In addition to the above the Employee is expected to complete any other tasks as assigned by his/her Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• Project Manager in oil & gas industry: 8 years (Preferred)
• ARAMCO & ADNOC EPC projects: 1 year (Preferred)
