We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-rise towers and luxury villas projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate development and construction, with a proven track record in managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage detailed project plans and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control.
• Prepare and negotiate contracts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Implement risk management and safety protocols.
• Lead and motivate project teams.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 15+ years of project management experience, focusing on towers and villas.
• Extensive GCC region experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
