We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Project Managers to join our team, focusing on infrastructure and earthworks projects. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, such as roads, bridges, and utilities, and possess strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage infrastructure and earthworks projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues that arise.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 12 years of project management experience, with a focus on infrastructure and earthworks.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methods, and tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent).
• Experience in managing projects within budget and on schedule.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor project teams.
