The Project Manager is the linchpin of our dynamic DevOps environment, driving the seamless integration of various teams and aligning projects with the overarching organizational strategy. This role is the vital conduit between business, product, and technology, ensuring swift and high-quality product development and delivery by coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Craft and Optimize Agile Plans: Design, review, and refine Agile project plans, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and deliverables are meticulously tracked and met.
• Champion the Development Team: Provide unwavering support and expert guidance to the development team, fostering a collaborative and productive atmosphere.
• Engage Stakeholders: Actively collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all perspectives are considered and integrated into the project.
• Document with Precision: Ensure all project artifacts, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases, are thoroughly documented.
• Remove Roadblocks: Proactively identify and address impediments, escalating issues when necessary to keep the project on track.
• Leverage Agile Tools: Utilize tools like Jira to monitor team progress, productivity, and individual performance, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Drive Performance: Measure and report on team performance and progress, continually seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Mentor on Agile Principles: Instill Agile values and principles within the team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and adaptation.
• Develop Best Practices: Create and refine best practices and assets from customer engagements to accelerate cloud adoption and support scalable initiatives through partners.
• Provide Comprehensive Reporting: Deliver regular reports using various tools, highlighting risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure informed decision-making and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications:
To qualify for the role you must have • Mastery of DevOps Principles: Possess a comprehensive understanding of Agile and iterative development methodologies, CI/CD processes, automation, and stakeholder management to ensure streamlined project execution.
• Communication and Collaboration Excellence: Exhibit exceptional skills in fostering cooperation and breaking down silos among teams, ensuring alignment towards unified project goals.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth proficiency with critical technical tools such as version control systems, continuous integration services, and deployment automation tools.
• Rich Experience in Cloud and Data Center Projects: Bring substantial experience in managing and delivering cloud infrastructure projects and data center setups, including migrations and deployments, showcasing a proven track record in complex infrastructural undertakings.
• Extensive Project Delivery Experience: Have at least 10 years of experience in project delivery, emphasizing agile methodologies, with a solid history of successful product rollouts.
• Educational Foundation: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, providing a robust academic base for complex project management.
• Dedicated Project Management Experience: Possess at least 5 years of dedicated experience in managing projects involving cloud computing and data center services.
• Professional Certifications: Hold Agile, Scrum Master, PMI, or Prince2 certifications, affirming your expertise and commitment to project management excellence.

Ideally, you'll also have • Deep Knowledge in Cloud and Data Centre Technologies: Display a deep market and technical understanding of cloud technology and data center operations, keeping abreast of the latest trends and developments.
• Agile Tools Proficiency: Skilled in utilizing Agile project management tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, and Jenkins to enhance team productivity and project tracking.
• Superlative Time Management: Show exemplary time management abilities, ensuring that projects progress on schedule and meet all milestones.
• Outstanding Communication Skills: Feature superior verbal and written communication skills, crucial for effective stakeholder engagement and team interactions.
• Innovative Problem-Solving: Approach complex project challenges with creative and effective solutions.
• Leadership Acumen: Strong leadership qualities to motivate and guide diverse teams towards achieving project goals.
