Job Description

Gradiant is looking to hire a Project Manager with a strong background in the water industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in water processes and engineering, proficiency in SAP Project System, and a deep understanding of revenue recognition methodologies.

J ob Description :

• Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of water treatment EPC projects from initiation to closure. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Utilize strong water process and engineering knowledge to guide project teams and stakeholders, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to industry standards.
• Overall responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.
• Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
• Ensure all engineering documents and deliverables are prepared accurately and per required schedule.
• Apply revenue recognition methodologies to manage project financials, ensuring accurate and timely revenue reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Implement risk management strategies and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure client satisfaction and manages escalations and acting as point of contact to the client.
• Ensure all project activities comply with legal, environmental, and safety standards.

Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree/Masters /Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or Environmental)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.

Experience:

• Minimum 20 years' experience in constructions projects, preferably in the water or Process industry with minimum 10 years in a Project Manager role
• Experience in superstructure and skids pre-fabrication & installation
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale EPC projects in the water treatment sector.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and water treatment technologies.
• Proficiency in SAP Project System and experience with revenue recognition methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Skills :

• Familiarity with various water treatment methods, technologies, and equipment.
• Knowledge of the design and engineering principles specific to water treatment facilities.
• Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework related to water treatment, environmental standards, and construction.
• Proficiency in project management software, CAD tools, and other relevant software used in engineering and construction.
