Coordinate with stakeholders to define project deliverables and milestones.

Implement effective project management processes to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Collaborate with consultants to develop project designs and construction drawings.

Manage the design review process, ensuring adherence to project requirements and regulatory standards.

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of project development, from initial planning and design through construction and final handover. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in real estate development processes.

Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

Monitor expenditures against budget allocations and implement cost control measures as necessary.

Risk, Procurement, and Quality (RPQ): Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.

Oversee procurement activities including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.

Issue RFQs to vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive bids for project materials and services.

Evaluate quotations and negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost-effective procurement. Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of construction and design integrity.

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or Architecture.

10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in real estate development in UAE, with a track record of successfully delivering projects from inception to completion.

Strong knowledge of real estate development processes - RFQ, zoning regulations, permitting, and construction management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Owner's representative experience is a plus.

PMP or other project management certification is a plus

Can fluently speak Arabic
