Job Summary:

We are now seeking an exceptional Project Manager to join our Project delivery team in Abu Dhabi for Design and Built project.

Responsibilities:

• Define project timeline, draft proposals, establish budgets and maintain project documentation throughout project lifecycle
• Coordinate between internal teams and external resources, communicating guidelines and deadlines clearly, effectively and consistently
• Monitoring build progress, overseeing finance and ensuring project quality.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide regular project status check-ins, progress tracking and updates on deliverables with internal teams, external resources, clients and stakeholders
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones and deliverables.
• Develop a timeline that captures milestones for projects.
• Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to project managers to implement those decisions.
• Managing project managers/resident engineers and enabling them to supervise and manage their own teams.
• Create budget and monitor finances to ensure you keep to the budget.
• Recommend changes to keep projects on track.
• Meeting with clients, stakeholders, and project managers to report on project progress.
• Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
• Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion.
• Managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damage.
• Ensuring permits and legal papers are secured ahead of the project.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering discipline or equivalent
• Project Management Professional certification

Pay: Up to AED40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
