We're urgently hiring Project Manager, Responsibilities: - Builds a strong relationship with key clients and within- the group of companys key stake holders - communicates & disseminates critical information from customers to internal downstream areas. - Ensures successful service delivery - SLA achievement and high level of customer and team satisfaction by monitoring overall performance of services - Communicates opportunities, collaborating with senior management on client account management and growth. - Ensuring operations teams are aware of changes and are prepared, building service reports, service reporting and sponsoring service delivery meetings - Pulling in additional resources when needed e.g., specialist teams or people for specific issues / opportunities - contributes to the portfolio and delivery planning for Internet Infrastructure. - Responsible for the complete implementation process of all products & services, accounts new business and new business on existing account. - Serve as point person for customers during implementation providing expertise, value added services, and ensure case readiness and customer satisfaction. - Highly competent in project risk and issues identification, mitigation (risks only) and management; and reliable status reporting - Ensure that the program operate within the approved budget, and all financial records for the program are up to date - Provide required information to have invoices generated and submitted to funders according to the established timelines Job specifications: Experience: The preferred candidate has at least 3 years of experience in mobility technologies domain with deep knowledge of tracking solutions and its relevant hardware and infrastructure, MNVRs, wiring and cabling with multiple make vehicles. Education: - Bachelors degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related area. Qualifications & Skills - ability to facilitate meetings and workshops in person and remotely - ability to think analytically, solve problems and recommend approaches and solutions - ability to act in an initiative-taking and consultative manner with business partners - Demonstrates experience with designing, planning, and delivering mobility solutions that enable business change/transformation - Demonstrates experience with complex, senior level stakeholder management and management/leadership of large teams Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to AED12,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
