AVL is the world's leading mobility technology companies for development, simulation and testing in the automotive industry, and in other sectors. As a global technology provider, AVL's offerings range from simulation, virtualization and test automation for product development to ADAS/AD and vehicle software. We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Project Management Office (PMO) professional. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in defining, standardizing, and enhancing project management processes and methods.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Define, standardize, and improve project management processes and methods within the organization. Implement project management tools and systems to enhance the efficiency of project teams and ensure goal achievement. Provide support and training to project teams, ensuring that all team members possess the necessary skills and knowledge for effective task performance. Monitor and control projects, ensuring timely completion within specified budgets. Act as a liaison between different departments and stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication and forwarding relevant information to the appropriate parties.

YOUR PROFILE:

Solid knowledge and experience in project management, capable of applying best practices and proven methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify obstacles and take appropriate actions to overcome them. Excellent communication and presentation skills for reporting to management and coordinating project teams and stakeholders. Ability to collect, process, and analyze data effectively to make informed decisions and recommendations for project teams. High degree of flexibility and adaptability to changes and unforeseen events. At least 1-2 years of professional experience as a PMO professional with expertise in both waterfall and agile methods.
