Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of extension to 1 year based on performance)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Project Scheduling: Assist in planning project timelines, tracking progress, and making sure all tasks are completed on schedule.
• Resource Allocation: Organize project assets and resources so everyone has what they need to succeed.
• Internal Communication: Act as the communication hub for the team, ensuring smooth collaboration and quick problem-solving.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones and share regular updates on what's done and what's next.
• Meeting Coordination: Arrange team meetings, set agendas, and document key takeaways for follow-ups.
• Troubleshooting: Spot and resolve bottlenecks to keep projects moving without a hitch.
• Documentation: Keep all project files and updates neatly organized, from task lists to meeting notes.
