Roles & Responsibilities:
• Support the Project Management team by providing analysis and reporting on project status and performance
• Assist in developing project plans, tracking progress, and document management
• Consolidate and follow up on meeting actions, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks
• Gather and analyze data related to project metrics, timelines, and budgets
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and Principals
• Identify and document project issues and risks, resulting in a productive resolution
• Maintain project documents and ensure it is up-to-date and accurate
• Provide support in project planning and coordination activities
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration project management, or a related field
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable
• 5+ of years' experience in project management
Key Capabilities:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
