Shall act as QC focal point for the Inspection Coordination Maintaining Quality Management systems promoting best practice and continuous improvement.ACTIVITIESQuality Assurance
Compliance to the Project Management System documentation
Ensure the contractor/supplier quality requirements as per the Contract
Coordination in execution of audit schedules,
Execution of Quality planning,
Inputs to the EPC Contractor Equipment Criticality Assessments activities
Coordination of Vendor, Contractor Inspection activities , etc.
Inspection/Contractor/Vendor Management
Ensure all the inspectors are communicated/inducted to comply with Company and Contractors / Vendors HSE requirements
Ensure the KPIs are reported on monthly basis by the selected agencies
Ensure that monthly invoices are submitted for review/approval on timely basis with all necessary supporting
documents by selected agencies. Ensure the draft copy of the invoices are submitted and duly reviewed prior to the final review/approval at least 1 week prior to formal submission.
Ensure to get Inspectors CV for long term positions for review/approval and arrange for interview when required
Take approval/concurrence from internal team on all issues as necessary
Confirm that all nonconformance comments raised against a document that is to be used for the performance of the work have been cleared
Monitor all the applicable documentation for the performance of the TPI services are provided to the relevant agency\'s Inspection Coordinator on timely basis by the Vendors and EPC Contractor
Ensure the TPI Inspection Coordinator implement and updating of Inspection log.
Monitors and ensures that CCIA Inspector(s)/Surveillance personnel are mobilized in timely manner.
Monitors and ensures inspection and quality surveillance activities are efficiently and effectively implemented.
Ensures PIM look ahead schedule is maintained
Ensures development of 3-week Inspection Look Ahead Plan, updating and distribution.
Ensures that the Inspections and Tests as per Approved Inspection and Test Plans are implemented and are adequately documented.
Coordinate Pre Inspection Meetings where necessary.
Oversee the performance of TPI inspectors/Surveillance personnel and maintain the records
Review the Inspection/Quality Surveillance reports generated by the Company Surveillance/Inspection personnel
Coordinate with Package QA/QC Engineers
Conversant in all the EPC phase activities
Conversant in all Pipeline related items like line pipe, Bends, Valves, Pipeline Installation etc;
