The Project Execution Lead (PEL) is a Microsoft GPS (Global Partner Solutions) aligned cross organizational project and program coordination resource that will act as the main point of contact for the overall project and program management of requests submitted by Partner Marketing Managers. The talent may be leveraged cross-region or aligned to specific projects, as determined by the Go-To-Market (GTM) lead and their leadership team.Freelance contract role with a duration of 3+ months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs.The PEL will be focused on working closely with the Microsoft GPS Team on all the steps of the project delivery:Planning & Set-up:
Understands global and local governance for marketing activities (especially events) planning, setup and measurement.
Ensures measurement plans reflect reporting requirements provided by their FTE stakeholders. xe2x80x8b
Ensures past learnings and experiences are documented and incorporated into on-going GPS marketing planning and execution.xe2x80x8b
Acts as the single point of contact for partner marketing operations execution, across disciplines, including assisting with coordination of cross region programs and cross region events with the collaboration of the Partner Marketing Coordinators. Develops the project plan, stakeholder map, communications plan, among other deliverables.
Acts as a Senior Marketing Coordinator covering end-to-end event management, planning (catering, printing, venue booking), setup, onsite support, post-event reporting, and ensuring compliance in all events.
Facilitates coordination between Service Delivery Hubs, Partner Marketing Coordinators, and other key stakeholders to execute all project deliverables as outlined by the Go-to-Market (GTM) lead or their directs.
Coordinates joint program execution across GPS, SEO, and CMO.
Acts as the Project Manager to ensure local stakeholders are informed on progress, and to resolve issues.xe2x80x8b
Creates reporting focused on partner marketing activities and cross region programs under the direction of the Go-to-Market (GTM) lead and their directs.
May assist with management of partner marketing budget.xe2x80x8b
Required skills & competencies:
Ideally 4+ years of Marketing experience in executing events
Also 4+ years of experience in client-facing project and/or account management role
High level of compliance with company rules & processes, e.g. personal data protection or brand guidelines
Proven project management skills & experience, readiness to assume responsibility for own KPIs, track activities progress and meet critical deadlines
Solid skills in Microsoft tools and software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
Solid command skills and ability to share often complex information in structured way
Comfort in dealing with senior clients and third-party stakeholders
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple events and activities, and ability to prioritize urgent and important tasks
A strong team player with ability to establish working relations with culturally diverse internal and external partners
Strong in problem solving skills and orientation to detail
Readiness to travel and cover end-to-end execution of in-person events outside the UAE
