Are you an experienced Project Engineer coming from Project Management background in the dynamic world of oil and gas construction or modular building construction? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team as a Project Engineer.

Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of Engineers in project coordination and resource management to ensure compliance with client contractual requirements in a cost-effective manner. Oversee all project phases and discipline activities, including HSSE, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning, while ensuring schedule and cost adherence. Interface with Owner's representatives and closely coordinate with Engineering to contribute to technical decisions, considering constructability and project requirements. Participate in design reviews and resolve technical issues during pre-order activities to ensure timely placement of Purchase Orders. Monitor supplier and subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Manage the preparation and presentation of final documentation and liaise with the Owner for acceptance certificates issuance. Provide leadership to project engineers and teams to plan, monitor, and control the execution of assigned areas within time and budgetary parameters. Functional Competence: Possess thorough knowledge and understanding of all phases and sequences of project execution. Apply multi-discipline technical knowledge and resolve conflicts effectively. Review and ensure delivery of contract requirements. Demonstrate understanding of construction execution phases and standard requirements/processes related to field change documents. Plan and administer project resources efficiently. Essential Qualifications and Skills: Engineering degree with a minimum of 10 years of project management experience in the oil and gas construction sector or modular building construction. Thorough knowledge and understanding of all phases and sequences of work in Project Management. Exposure to client interactions and discussions. UAE driving license preferred.
