Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage and oversee a team of 15-20 employees, including painters, AC technicians, and civil workers, ensuring tasks are delegated and executed effectively.
Project Scheduling: Develop and implement schedules to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards.
Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their requirements, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new job opportunities, contributing to business growth.
Procurement and BOQ Management: Oversee purchasing processes, prepare comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ) reports, and ensure cost-effective operations.
Communication and Reporting: Maintain clear communication with the team and clients, and provide regular updates to management on project progress and team performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
5-10 years of experience in maintenance operations in the Middle East.
Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team in a project environment.
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
Valid UAE driver's license.
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of project management tools and scheduling software is a plus.
Must be available immediately or within 30 days.
