Minimum Qualification


• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP) are highly desirable.
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant project engineering experience and minimum 5 years experience in similar role , preferably in the Oil & Gas industry
• Minimum of 05 years of relevant offshore experience , FEED, detailed engineering, PMC and ADNOC experience.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from initiation to completion, demonstrating strong project management skills.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team development and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of making data-driven decisions under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English
• Ability to navigate and manage cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholder groups effectively.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality standards in project execution, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:


• Lead and manage the engineering team throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project objectives.
• Oversee the design, engineering, and executive of offshore, FEED, and detailed engineering phases, ensuring technical integrity and compliance with industry standards.
• Provide strategic guidance to project stakeholders, mitigating risks and resolving technical issues.
• Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
• Ensure that all engineering deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the quality standards.
