Job duties and responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Capable in preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects. \xc2\xb7 Knowledgeable in formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the project team. \xc2\xb7 Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field. \xc2\xb7 Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project\'s status. \xc2\xb7 Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project\'s profitability. \xc2\xb7 Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions. \xc2\xb7 Developing specifications for the project\'s needed equipment. \xc2\xb7 Creating frameworks to measure the project\'s metrics and data collection. \xc2\xb7 Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring the project\'s compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications. Job qualifications/requirements \xc2\xb7 Minimum 12 years of experience working as a Project Engineering Coordinator within the Oil and Gas industry with design and detailed engineering for EPC/ADNOC project experience is a must. \xc2\xb7 Preferably candidates with a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a relevant engineering or similar discipline from a recognized institution. \xc2\xb7 Should possess excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software. \xc2\xb7 Should have the ability to work with multiple discipline projects with excellent project management and supervision skills. \xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
