Job Description

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of civil building projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor progress, address challenges, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled and that projects align with company values and objectives.
• Promote sustainable practices and innovative solutions in all project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, specifically in civil building and general contracting.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
