Job Description

Project Planning and Execution

• Plan and implement projects, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, resources, and timelines.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Fabrication and Site Operations

• Oversee inspections, including Work Inspection Reports (WIR) and Material Inspection Reports (MIR), securing approvals from consultants.
• Ensure adherence to site E.H.S. procedures and policies.
• Supervise accurate setting out of works in accordance with contract drawings or approved shop drawings.
• Liaise with foremen and junior engineers to address field issues and technical challenges.
• Facilitate preparation of Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans, and other documentation to ensure quality and safety compliance.

Coordination and Communication

• Act as the liaison between the production team and the site team to ensure timely delivery and execution of materials and resources.
• Maintain regular communication with contractors, consultants, and internal teams through meetings, emails, and messaging platforms.
• Prepare daily progress reports and keep senior management informed of project updates and potential challenges.

Quality Assurance and Compliance

• Monitor and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and contract requirements.
• Address defects and implement corrective measures promptly.
• Oversee material testing and prepare "as-built" documentation.

Other Responsibilities

• Coordinate with contractors and consultants to secure timely approvals and certifications.
• Support multiple projects and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and handle queries from production and site teams.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 06 years UAE experience in steel structure fabrication and metal works projects is required.
• Strong knowledge of site operations, quality assurance, and inspection protocols.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
