Preferably have a minimum 3 years experience with the contractor in the similar position
Tasks and Accountabilities: Managing a Team of Lead and Discipline Engineers to review and update exiting standards of the client prepare new standards for the client convert outdated client's standards into up to date standards Cooperating with colleagues in other KBR office (London / Chennai) Coordinating the collection of data relevant respectively applicable international standards, best practices adopted by International Oil Companies Coordinating the collection of data from Client's regarding "Concession Request Knowledge Base". Project specific repetitive Concession Requests, deviation requests received and accepted by the client, Insurance market survey requirements, applicable regulatory requirements, criteria addendums for implemented and ongoing projects Managing the incorporation of the above data collected and prepare drafted updates or new standards for clients approval Acting as focal point for the client for any kind of technical clarification Managing the work flow and schedule of activities, reviews and implementation of comments as well was approval as per the contractual agreements Managing the resource availability as per the approved reimbursable project plan Reviewing and approving time sheets on the contractor's side and ensures approval from the client side Managing the project budget successfully and ensures the achievement of the expected job income and supporting Projects Manager in assuring consistency and approach across (cost control, planning/scheduling change management, forecasting, estimating, contracts & procurement, project accounting & working capital management, document management Accurate, timely & effective progress reporting to the Client and to KBR management. Working out and implements corrective action plans to bring activities back to the schedule and budget Ensuring a timely and effective documentation of turnover of approved updates or new standards as well as a proper project close-out of the standardization project HSE Management: Ensuring that HSE requirements are understood and documented by all project team members and respective training has been provided. Ensuring compliance with HSE KBR and client procedures and guidelines Maintaining HSE focus for the entire project duration. Client Relationship Build and maintain a healthy work relationship with the client's PMC and standardisation teams for the entire project duration. Team Focus: Provide exemplary leadership for the project team Contribute / attend in team members' performance evaluations. Identify and implement team members' training requirements Prepare job descriptions for all project team members. Align and focus team on achievement of milestones, profit, client satisfaction and other pre-defined KPIs. Actively listen to the team members and resolve issues and challenges timeously.
