Project Engineer - Signage

Location : Dubai, UAE

Joseph Advertisers is seeking a skilled Project Engineer to lead and manage our signage projects in Dubai. This role will ensure projects are delivered with precision, quality, and seamless coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination : Plan, organize, and manage signage projects, overseeing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion within specifications.
• Technical Documentation : Review and coordinate mock-ups, sample submittals, shop drawings, and artwork to ensure project accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration : Work closely with production, engineering, and installation teams , facilitating clear communication and coordination to achieve project goals.
• Client Communication : Act as the primary liaison with clients to review design approvals, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with their requirements.
• Quality Assurance : Supervise and review Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) , and Method Statements , working with the Quality Assurance team to uphold high standards.
• Site Supervision : Conduct regular site inspections in Dubai to monitor progress, ensure quality compliance, and uphold safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Problem Solving : Proactively address project challenges and provide solutions to keep timelines and quality on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or a related field).
• 3+ years of experience in project engineering, ideally within signage, construction, or fit-out industries.
• Proficiency in project management tools, with experience in handling project schedules, budgets, and reviewing technical documentation.
• Familiarity with quality and safety standards, with experience in reviewing ITPs, NCRs, and Method Statements.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on detail, quality, and client satisfaction.
