We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our dynamic team at RADY INTERIOR. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing fitout projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and fitout projects, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Coordination:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and understood.
Conduct site visits and assessments to gather relevant information for project planning. Budget Management:
Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
Collaborate with the finance team to track project expenses, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed. Quality Assurance:
Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure that fitout projects meet industry standards and client expectations.
Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to identify and address potential issues proactively. Vendor and Contractor Management:
Source, evaluate, and select contractors, suppliers, and vendors in collaboration with the procurement team.
Manage relationships with external partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Communication and Reporting:
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, risk assessments, and issue resolutions.
Foster effective communication channels between team members, clients, and other project stakeholders. Timeline Management:
Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying critical paths and potential delays.
Implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure project timelines are met. Regulatory Compliance:
Stay abreast of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards to ensure projects comply with legal requirements.
Obtain necessary permits and approvals for fitout projects. Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design or Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management within the fitout or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills:

• Familiarity with AutoCAD or other relevant design software.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage project teams effectively.
