Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer with a background in civil engineering to manage all residential pool and landscape projects.

Major Responsibilities

1. Managing a team of engineers, supervisors and laborers

2. Schedule the projects in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines and to ensure that we deliver our projects on time, within budget, as per design, specifications and standards

3. Delivery of multiple parallel projects with different timelines and delivery dates and coordinate different tasks under tight time constraints

4. Oversee and monitor the project works to ensure that all works comply with project approved drawings, specifications, prevailing standards, statutory and regulatory requirements.

5. Oversee the selection and requisition of materials, equipment's and modifications required for a simpler and cost saving mechanism

6. Communicating and coordinating with a range of parties and people involved in the project including the client, subcontractors, suppliers, local authorities and the project teams

7. Following up the payments/invoices

Requirements:

Graduate degree in Civil Engineering.

3 to 4 years of experience in position of Project Manager/Site Manager Position.

DM APPROVED G + 1

Valid driving license.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
