Job Description

:

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer with 4+ years of expertise in Lighting or MEP projects. You will manage project lifecycle, documentation, site execution, and coordination with clients and subcontractors for successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

Oversee project from initiation to completion (on time, within scope, and on budget)

Prepare and manage site documentation (Material Submittals, Method Statements, MIRs, WIRs, Site Clearances)

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, clients, and subcontractors

Manage project schedules and ensure milestones are met

Monitor billing, cash flow, and invoicing

Provide client updates, address concerns, and ensure project specifications are met

Report on-site progress and provide updates to senior management

Ensure proper project close-out documentation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field

4+ years of experience in MEP or Lighting sectors

Strong knowledge of site documentation and project planning

Experience with project management and AutoCAD (optional)

Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of Lighting or MEP system installations

Experience with project close-out documentation and final inspections

Familiarity with safety protocols and site compliance

Additional Info:

Occasional travel to project sites may be required
