Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Instrumentation & Controls.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advanced knowledge in data analysis, reporting, and documentation using these tools.
• Preference will be given to candidates with training or certification in PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management programs.
Responsibilities:
1. Managerial and Administrative Tasks:
• Plan, direct, report, and manage spare parts for reliability-centered maintenance.
• Oversee corrective and preventive maintenance at the client's pumping stations, reservoirs, well fields, and network locations.
2. Technical and Maintenance Leadership:
• Submit daily team plans and site activity updates to client engineers for review and approval.
• Provide leadership and support for I&C maintenance during planning, execution, and post-closeout phases, ensuring project objectives are met.
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed as scheduled and conduct quality inspections.
• Perform calibration, validation, and verification of instruments such as MOV, FT, PT, WQA, and LT.
3. Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure maintenance teams have appropriate safety equipment (e.g., safety shoes, jackets, oxygen masks, helmets).
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety rules and regulations.
• Monitor and assess hazardous situations, implementing measures to ensure personnel safety.
• Prepare risk assessments, develop safe operational procedures, and address workplace hazards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with client safety standards.
• Deliver toolbox talks, maintain inspection records, and propose safety improvements.
• Record incidents and accidents, taking overall responsibility for safety under the project's contract terms.
4. Project Execution and Coordination:
• Carry out routine scheduled maintenance and address equipment faults.
• Control maintenance tools, site store, and equipment.
• Handle emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs effectively.
5. Technical and Administrative Proficiency:
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting.
• Create and edit professional documents and reports using Microsoft Word.
• Prepare presentations and track project deliverables using PowerPoint.
• Demonstrate a systematic approach to task management with the help of project management tools or programs, preferably PMP-related software or methodologies.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
