We are looking to hire a Civil Engineer to join our Fit out Division. Shall manage the project from the initiation/design stage, construction until the handover. Qualifications and experience:.

• its mandatory to have all authorities approvals and must be well versed in all approval procedures for construction permits from DM/DDA/DCD/NAKHEEL/TRAKHEES/CONCORDIA/DAFZA/DWC/DEWA etc..
• Experience in submittal of documents to all authorities along with site experience and project management.
• Must be experienced in AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Project to prepare planning and scheduling of the projects
• Driving license is a must
• Degree Level (minimum) Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
• 5 years\' or above experience in relevant field in DUBAI is must
• Candidate must be available in UAE.

\xc2\xb7 Location: Dubai, UAE (With Valid UAE Driving License) \xc2\xb7 Project & technically oriented with more than 7 years of professional experience as a Project Engineer in Interior fit-out. \xc2\xb7 Duties & Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 - Managing projects within the established scope, schedule and budget while meeting or surpassing standards of quality. \xc2\xb7 - Responsible for entire project management plan including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, risk, project human resources, close out etc. \xc2\xb7 - Ensure health and safety measures are strictly followed at site. \xc2\xb7 - Represent company in all project meetings. \xc2\xb7 - Verifying the technical aspect of quotes received from vendors. \xc2\xb7 - Coordination between client, site, sub-contractors & suppliers. Negotiation of prices with subcontractors & suppliers and various project stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 - Checking of invoices from sub-contractors based on the work done at site. \xc2\xb7 - Plan and organize resources in advance for the assigned site by daily preparation of labour schedule. \xc2\xb7 - Quality control of work done at site. \xc2\xb7 - Enforce rules, regulations and procedures at site. \xc2\xb7 - Contact the respective regulatory authorities to inspect and comment on the completed fit out works for the issuance of occupancy certificate. \xc2\xb7 - Observe the skills, attitude, attendance etc. of the workforce and rate them monthly to improve their performance at site. \xc2\xb7 - Close out and hand over project. \xc2\xb7 Skills Required: \xc2\xb7 - Degree or Diploma in Engineering \xc2\xb7 - Extensive knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to interior design. \xc2\xb7 - Having experience in the full scope of Interior Fit-out works \xc2\xb7 - Commercially astute, numerate, risk averse & able to accurately forecast project requirements. \xc2\xb7 - Manage and produce accurate formal reports in accordance with business timetable \xc2\xb7 - Others Ability to work well under pressure \xc2\xb7 - Highly flexible & adaptable and ability to work effectively with multicultural workforce Job Type: Full-time
