Job Title: Project Engineer - Healthcare Projects

We at Quadri - in the healthcare industry, specializing in the design and construction of state-of-the-art medical facilities. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer with experience in healthcare projects, clean rooms, and MEP systems to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, schedule, and manage technical aspects of healthcare projects from conception to completion.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and suppliers.

- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of clean room and MEP systems.

- Monitor project progress, budget, and quality to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

- Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and project plans.

- Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and project staff.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on healthcare projects.

- Proven experience in designing, installing, and maintaining clean room and MEP systems.

- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., USP 797, ISO cleanroom standards).

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Professional engineering license (PE) or certification.

- Experience with LEED or other green building standards if applicable

- Familiarity with healthcare facility management and operations.

- Familiarity with Healthcare standards
