Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Project Engineer - Civil (G+4)

to oversee and manage construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must hold a

Dubai Municipality (DM) G+4 Site Engineer approval

and a

Trakhees card

, with complete knowledge of

G+4 site management

, material procurement, coordination with consultants, and DM portal operations.

Key Responsibilities:Project Execution & Site Management:

Oversee and manage

G+4 construction projects

from initiation to completion. Ensure all

site activities

comply with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other relevant authorities' regulations. Supervise construction work and ensure progress aligns with project timelines. Conduct

site inspections

and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinate and plan

civil and structural works

efficiently.

Coordination & Liaison:

Act as the

main point of contact

between consultants, contractors, and the project team. Coordinate with

subcontractors

across different trades, including MEP, finishing, and structural works. Liaise with

Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other authorities

for necessary approvals and inspections. Manage and resolve

technical queries and site issues

in coordination with consultants.

Material Procurement & Planning:

Oversee

material procurement

, ensuring timely availability of construction materials. Evaluate and select

vendors & suppliers

for cost-effective and quality materials. Maintain proper

inventory records

and track material usage on-site. Ensure material compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.

Documentation & Portal Management:

Handle

Dubai Municipality (DM) portal

for project approvals, submissions, and documentation. Prepare

project reports, daily progress updates, and documentation

for management. Maintain and ensure the timely submission of

work permits, site inspections, and completion certificates

. Ensure compliance with all necessary

legal and regulatory documentation

for site operations.

Project Coordination & Planning:

Develop

detailed work schedules

and monitor project progress. Conduct

regular meetings with subcontractors and site teams

to ensure smooth workflow. Monitor and control project budgets, costs, and resource allocation. Ensure strict adherence to

HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards

on-site.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

or related field. Must hold a

Dubai Municipality (DM) Site Engineer approval

and

Trakhees Card

. Minimum

5-7 years of experience

in

G+4 construction projects

in Dubai. Strong knowledge of

Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other authority regulations

. Experience in

material procurement and vendor coordination

. Hands-on experience with

DM portal operations, permit approvals, and inspections

. Ability to

coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors

effectively. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools

.

Preferred Qualifications:

UAE

Driving License

is a must. Knowledge of

structural design and MEP coordination

. Familiarity with

sustainability and green building practices

.
