Our client, a contracting & manufacturing company is seeking to hire a Project Engineer for their office based in Fujairah.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and objectives.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and communication.
• Oversee the design and engineering aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment to achieve project milestones.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of construction.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues promptly, ensuring project progress and quality.
• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the project and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address issues to prevent delays and cost overruns, maintaining project timelines and budget constraints.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated with local building codes, regulations, and permit requirements, ensuring project compliance.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed about project status and developments.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and change orders, for reference and compliance purposes.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and authorities, ensuring smooth project operations and timely problem resolution.

Education & other requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Engineering Degree.
• 5-10 years of GCC experience.
• Ability to develop and implement project plans aligned with project goals.
• Coordination skills with architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Awareness of local building codes, regulations, and permit requirements.
• Maintenance of accurate project documentation.
• Strong communication and computer competency.

Salary: Up to AED 10000

Working Hours/Days: 8am to 5pm/6 days a week
