Key Responsibilities: 1. Determines, monitors, and reviews all project economics to include costs, operational budgets, resources, and risk for medium to large projects 2. Leads the project team in determining client requirements and translating requirements into operational plans. 3. Identifies and assembles the appropriate blend of resources and project management to meet project and requirements In-Depth knowledge of interior Fit-out, Civil and MEP is mandatory 3. Plans, schedules, monitors and reports on activities related to the project. 4. Develops project control and reporting procedures and manages changes in operational plan 5. Undertakes status review meetings among project team members and clients 6. Works with management on project estimates and schedules to accomplish project goals, to meet established schedules, and resolve technical/operational issues. 7. Proactively influences Sub Consultants, contractors, sub contractors and supplies to apply project-planning methodologies 8. Develops, proposes, and negotiates project proposals, quotations, and add-ons to leadership and the client 9. Integrates and uses Project Management methodologies. 10. Creates communication plans, ensuring that appropriate information is exchanged among key stakeholders Financial Management 1. Use cost estimating tools and techniques, project plan documentation, and resource estimates to develop a quantitative estimate of project costs Identify various costing alternatives. 2. Develop cost management plan describing how cost variances will be managed 3. Document all assumptions and constraints regarding costs. 4. Compare project cost calculations with original estimates. 5. Ensure that costs align with contractual agreements Consider impact/effects of identified risks on schedule, budget, and quality Quality Control 1. Develop quality management and assurance plan. Establish operational definitions and quality measures. 2. Monitor results and ensures implementation of corrective action 3. Adhere to PMO guidelines, utilises PMO templates, adheres to PMO reporting requirements, attends audit meetings and rectifies non compliance MEP Design and Drafting (added advantage) 1. Develop Design and Drawings for Local Authority Approvals 2. Familiarity with Local Guidelines for MEP design and Approvals Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor\'s Degree or above in Civil Engineering Minimum Experience: 1. A minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in Project and Program Management environment in Construction 2. Ability to Design and draft using AUTOCAD for the requisites as needed. Job Specific Skills: 1. Excellent command of English Language and Communication Skills 2. Strong Planning and Organization Skills 3. Problem solving and analytical skills 4. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, ability to prioritize to ensure positive results of the assigned opportunities. 5. High Experience in administering Project and Program artifacts 6. Advanced Experience in managing Projects Manages multiple teams including internal and external organizations 7. High Experience in organization. 8. High Vocational Skills are mandatory.
