Requirements
• Responsible for all engineering work in new projects and daily maintenance
• Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, project cost control, and a solid understanding of the shopping mall business and UAE shopping mall rules and regulations.New Outlets:
• Monitor project timelines and track task completion to ensure schedules are met.
• Facilitate cross-departmental coordination between Project, Admin, Procurement, Logistics, Store, IT and Finance etc.
• Coordinate and manage the contractors to ensure the timely delivery of the unit handover.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to resolve purchasing issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit regular project status reports to project manager and Management.
• Maintain accurate records of all project-related documentation (contracts, Legal documents, Quotations, Purchase orders, Communication logs).
• Monitors the projects daily. Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Conducts regular site visits and generates reports including civil, architectural and MEP internal inspections.
• Assists on operations on pre-opening and contractors on closing out the projects Existing Outlets:
• Create maintenance plans for shop equipment, devices, shelves, and other assets, and follow up on them in a timely manner.
• Managing both minor and major renovation projects.
• Coordinate with the operations department to ensure the damaged equipment in the shop is repaired on time.
Qualification:
• Experience: 2-3 years of proven on-site fit-out construction management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil, Architecture, Interior design, project management or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in MS Office and basic AutoCAD.
• Holding a valid driving license.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
