About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Finishing Project Engineer

to oversee and execute high-quality finishing works on our construction site in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior and exterior finishing, with a keen eye for detail, quality, and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all site finishing activities, including gypsum works, painting, tiling, joinery, marble, ceilings, and final fittings. Ensure that all finishing work is completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and approved materials. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other site engineers to maintain progress and quality. Review shop drawings and ensure proper implementation on-site. Inspect finishing work and prepare snag lists; follow through with rectifications. Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly reports. Ensure safety procedures and regulations are strictly followed on-site. Assist in procurement planning for finishing materials. Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections and approvals.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in

finishing works

on large-scale construction projects in the UAE. Strong technical knowledge in interior and architectural finishes. Familiar with Dubai building codes, quality standards, and authority approvals. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools.
