Roles & Responsibilities

Fully Responsible for managing the complete Design & Engineering process for EPC Projects along with the Engineering Manager. Fully Responsible for managing, monitoring, and controlling the Detailed Engineering Subcontractor and Vendors. Fully Responsible for Value Engineering, Design Optimization, and ensuring completion of Detailed Design & Engineering Deliverables within budget and time

Required Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in (Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical) Engineering from a four-year accredited college or university. Minimum 7 years' experience in leading and managing multi-national teams. Design & Project Experience on large-scale oil/gas and petrochemical capital projects. Must have previous project management experience on EPC Project of at least USD100 million. Has clearly demonstrated strong engineering competence. Ability to work within a diverse cultural environment. Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage. International Experience is required MS Office (Excel and Word) and MS Project product competency required.
