Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Project Planning

: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for pergola, door, and gate fabrication and installation projects.

Resource Allocation

: Coordinate with production and installation teams to allocate resources, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely project delivery.

Risk Management

: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and regulations.

Conflict Management

: Identify and resolve project-related issues and conflicts.

Coordination

: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Design and Engineering

Design Review

: Review and verify design drawings, specifications, and calculations for pergolas, doors, and carports to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Material Selection

: Specify and select materials, components, and equipment for fabrication and installation.

Fabrication and Installation

Installation Planning

: Plan and coordinate installation activities, including site preparation, logistics, and labor allocation.

Quality Control

: Conduct site inspections to ensure that installations meet quality and safety standards.

Communication and Collaboration

Client Communication

: Communicate with clients to understand project requirements, provide progress updates, and address concerns.

Team Collaboration

: Collaborate with production, installation, and sales teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement

Process Improvement

: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field) Minimum of 2 years of experience in project engineering within the steel and aluminum industry. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) UAE Driving License is required. F i l i p i n o candidates are preferred.

What We Offer

Salary package ranging from 7,000 AED to 8,000 AED, based on experience and expertise. A fuel allowance along with a company car is provided solely for the purpose of conducting site visits.
