Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities: Project Execution & Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and high-end finishing standards. Coordination: Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of MEP, structural, and architectural elements. Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality of workmanship, particularly in luxury materials, finishes, and bespoke design elements. Site Management: Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM), Trakhees, and other local regulations. Procurement & Material Approvals: Work with procurement teams to source and approve premium materials aligned with the project's luxury standards. Safety & Compliance: Enforce HSE regulations and ensure all work is carried out safely in compliance with UAE construction standards. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project records, prepare progress reports, and support the project manager in contractual and financial documentation. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from a recognized institution. 5+ years of experience in high-end residential construction, preferably in Dubai. Strong knowledge of luxury villa construction techniques, premium materials, steel structure, and high-quality finishes. Experience working with high-net-worth clients, consultants, and premium subcontractors. Familiarity with Dubai's construction regulations, DM, and Trakhees approvals. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera P6, MS Project). Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders. UAE Driving License is preferred.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
