We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects for events and exhibitions, ensuring quality standards, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end execution of exhibition and event fit-out projects, from conceptualization to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and costs.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Oversee production processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials and manage inventory efficiently.
• Lead and supervise on-site teams, including technicians and contractors, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any challenges proactively.
• Prepare detailed project reports and updates for stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience (3+ years) in project engineering, specifically in events, exhibitions, or fit-out production.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Project, or similar software.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with government clients or in high-profile events and exhibitions.
• Knowledge of sustainable materials and practices in fit-out production.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
