Job Title: Project Manager - Construction (Civil Engineering)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager - minimum 9 years experience- with a degree in Civil Engineering to oversee and execute construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, technical knowledge, and exceptional organizational skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and coordinate construction projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to determine project specifications.
• Monitor project progress and identify any risks or issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present progress reports to clients and company executives.
• Oversee procurement processes and contract negotiations.
• Lead and motivate project teams to meet performance objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in UAE as construction project management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• PMP or similar project management certification is highly preferred.
