We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our team. Please find the job description and requirements below:

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage and oversee all aspects of site project engineering for interior fit-out projects from start to completion, ensuring that project specifications, design, and quality standards are met.

Lead and manage a team of the company's and sub-contractor's site engineers and supervisors, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure timely project delivery.

Execute project plans, create micro schedules, monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary to ensure that projects are completed within the specified time frame and quality.

Collaborate with internal team, sub-contractors and consultants to ensure that project requirements are clearly defined and understood, and that project delivery meets their expectations.

Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure that work is carried out to the highest quality and safety standards.

Provide technical support to the project team, including interpretation of engineering drawings, preparation of engineering reports, and coordination of engineering activities.

Liaise with procurement and logistics teams to ensure that materials and equipment are delivered to site on time and in accordance with project requirements.

Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure that all work meets project specifications and quality standards.

Identify and manage risks and issues on site, developing contingency plans as needed to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Provide regular project updates to management, including daily and weekly progress reports, risk assessments, and required payments forecast.

Competencies

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

5-7 years of mandatory experience in the UAE, specializing in interior fit-out turnkey projects

Valid UAE driving license

Strong communication and writing skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
