Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil/Mechanical Project Engineer to join our team and contribute to our infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with specific expertise in road and infrastructure projects approved by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Lead and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion, including road construction, utility installations, and other infrastructure developments.
• RTA Compliance: Ensure all designs, plans, and construction activities comply with RTA regulations, guidelines, and standards.
• Design & Analysis: Prepare, review, and approve detailed engineering drawings, plans, and specifications for infrastructure projects.
• Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety standards, addressing any issues that arise.
• Coordination: Liaise with clients, contractors, government authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, cost estimates, and project timelines.
• Problem Solving: Identify potential risks and challenges in projects, developing solutions to mitigate them.
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
• Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior engineers and site staff, providing guidance and support to ensure project goals are met.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Health & Safety: Ensure all project activities comply with health and safety regulations and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mech Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in civil/Mech engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects in Dubai.
• Project Management: Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and utilities.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex engineering challenges.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
