Responsibilities: As a Project Engineer at Kandas Interiors, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing joinery and fitout works for projects across the UAE.
• Supporting the project team in managing schedules, budgets, and resources to meet project objectives.
• Conducting site inspections and quality assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements. Collaborating with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate project activities and resolve technical issues.
• Providing technical expertise and guidance to the project team, including interpreting drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.
• Assisting in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and cost estimates.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project engineering or construction management, preferably in the UAE.
• Solid understanding of construction practices, building codes, and industry standards.o Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• UAE driving license and willingness to travel to project sites across the UAE as needed.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
