Job Description

•The Electrically Operated Jump Form Specialist • is responsible for the Desing, installation, maintenance, and operation of electrically operated jump form systems used in the construction of high-rise buildings.

This role requires a deep understanding of electrical systems, jump form technology, and construction processes to ensure the safe and efficient vertical advancement of concrete formwork.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Installation and Setup: o Install and configure electrically operated jump form systems in accordance with engineering specifications and safety standards. o Coordinate with construction teams to integrate jump forms with existing structures and systems. o Perform initial system tests to ensure proper functionality and alignment.

2. Operation and Monitoring: o Oversee and operate jump form systems during vertical lifting processes, ensuring precise and safe movement. o Monitor system performance and make real-time adjustments as needed to maintain optimal operation. o Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues or malfunctions promptly.

3. Maintenance and Repairs: o Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical components and jump form systems. o Identify and repair electrical faults, mechanical issues, or other system malfunctions. o Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance.

4. Safety and Compliance: o Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations related to electrical systems and construction site operations. o Ensure that jump form systems comply with local building codes, industry standards, and manufacturer guidelines. o Train and supervise team members on safe and effective use of jump form systems.

5. Collaboration and Communication: o Work closely with project managers, engineers, and construction crews to ensure smooth integration of jump form systems into construction schedules. o Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders regarding system operations and issues. o Report progress, issues, and system performance to management in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

? Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in Civil Engineering, electrical engineering, construction technology, or a related field preferred.

? Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience with electrically operated systems, preferably in a construction or industrial setting. ? Skills: o Proficiency in electrical system troubleshooting and repair

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
