Job Description

Description: o Develop detailed project plans outlining scopes, timelines, resources, and budgets. o Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication. o Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and others to facilitate project execution. o Provide technical support and expertise to project teams throughout the project lifecycle. o Review engineering designs, specifications, and technical documents for accuracy and compliance. o Oversee the implementation of engineering standards and best practices. o Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular updates to the project manager. o Evaluate and approve change orders and ensure cost control measures are in place. o Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality. o Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications. o Conduct inspections and assessments of work completed to guarantee compliance with project requirements. o Implement corrective actions as necessary to address any quality issues. o Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project schedules, reports, and minutes from meetings. o Ensure all projects adhere to relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards. o Able to prepare estimation and costing for projects. o Can bring subcontractors and execute the job independently. o Preferred only Indian candidates for the field and company environment. Qualification: o Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field). Experience: o 5+ years of experience in engineering/project management/civil/fitout o Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. o High Level Proficiency in the AutoCAD, REVIT and other necessary Tools to support the Drafting. o Strong knowledge of MEP, Civil, Fit-Out, and Finishing processes Additional Requirements: o Approved G+1 Dubai Municipality o Holding a Valid UAE driving License + Vehicle o Send your CV at jobs.dnaartistic2023 gmail.com
