JOB DESCIRPTIONProject Engineer Duties:- Project manage the installation of filtration systems and thermal suites in wet leisure facilities / hotels / spas - Liaise with client representative to agree design / programme- Supervise preparation of technical specification- Preparation of Quality, Health & Safety Plans- Procurement of materials - Management of on-site installation and commissioning labour- Achieve project hand-over on time and within budgetRequirements:- Minimum 5-years experience in the design of Pool filtration Systems, essential (not simply MEP).- Represent our company at consultant design meetings and co-ordinate with design team- Ability to manage design projects with to RIBA standard design stages- Proficiency in written and spoken English, MUST- Co-ordinating arrangement of design drawings, tender drawings, submission drawings, shop drawings and technical specifications- Holder of Degree in Engineering or other relevant experiences.- Knowledge of AutoCAD + BIM- Coordinate with property management company, contractors, architects and designers- Candidates are expected to be a team player as well as being able to work independently on tasks such as handling full set of drawings, project overview and material sourcing- Other than engineering design / calculation, & also responsible for coordinating with subcontractors and liaising with clients, architects and consultants on all Mechanical & Electrical Engineering matters for building construction projects- Travel needed on occasionRequired Characteristic:- Must be willing and able to handle multiple tasks- Have a willingness to learn- Reliable and self-motivated individual- Ability to work unsupervisedSalary dependent on ability and experience
