Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our dynamic interior fit-out team. The Project Engineer will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the technical aspects of our interior fit-out projects. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Management:
• Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Technical Oversight:
• Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Resolve any technical issues that arise during the construction phase.
• Coordination and Communication:
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams to discuss progress, address issues, and coordinate activities.
• Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates and risk assessments, to stakeholders.
• Quality Control:
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Conduct inspections and tests to verify the quality of materials and workmanship.
• Address and resolve any quality-related issues promptly.
• Health and Safety:
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures on site.
• Promote a culture of safety among project teams and subcontractors.
• Documentation and Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of all project activities, from inception to completion.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of [X] years of experience in project engineering, preferably in interior fit-out projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering interior fit-out projects.
• Skills:
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
