Job Description

: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in project management and engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in the UAE market. The Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project development from initiation to closure.
• Develop project scopes, objectives, and timelines.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven working experience as a Project Engineer, preferably in the UAE.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• UAE driving license preferred.
