Job Description

Qualifications and experience:

Education :

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or project management.

Professional Experience :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (in the UAE).
• Experience in waterproofing and epoxy flooring.
• At least 3 years of experience in project site management.

Technical Skills :

• Ability to read and prepare CAD drawings.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Licenses and Certifications :

• Must have a valid UAE driving license.
• NEBOSH certification is a must.
• A valid UAE driver's license is preferred.

Additional Preferences :

• Male candidates are preferred.
• Experience, specifically in the waterproofing and flooring fields.

Key Competencies:

• Detail Oriented : Must have attention to detail for tracking project progress, managing resources, and ensuring that all aspects of the project are addressed.
