: Project Engineer - CCTV Network Installation

Job Location : UAE

Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to oversee and manage our CCTV / People Counting Device network installation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the installation processes while leading a team of technicians. The role requires excellent project management & communications skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage all phases of CCTV / people counting network installation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team of technicians, providing technical direction, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
• Coordination and Communication: Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and sub-contractors to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements and deliverables. Prepare and present progress reports.
• Technical Oversight: Oversee the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of CCTV & people counting systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Resource Management: Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and safety are maintained throughout the project.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and technical reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing network installation projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of CCTV systems and related technologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License.

• Salary: AED 4000 per month.
